In order to further processing of the casing to improve the industrial structure, form a complete industrial chain, to expand company size, and expansion of economic output, under the municipal government's strong concern and support, the company decided to build oil pipe project car thread for processing oil casing tube and pipe thread coupling.

     After studies and repeated consults to major equipments' manufacturers, we company decided in the oil pipe plant to lay out car thread across the East two devices, and actively contacted with the Infrastructure Department to take the 5 columns hindering the installation of car thread out from workshop. At the end of 2010 we completed all the equipment bidding and signed order contracts, including: tube threading machine, coupling threading machine, pipe magnetic flaw detector, coupling magnetic flaw detector, pre-shake the airport and car thread auxiliary equipment.

    Recently some car thread equipments, like rust removing plant,   Dust-cleaning apparatus,   screw button machine,  magnetic particle flaw detector, have been put in place. Taifeng Steel deployed backbone technical staffs to ensure installation accuracy.  Currently filling two secondary packaging benches has been completed and put into use after fine-tuning. The main equipments, including pipe body threading machine and coupling threading machine have been installed before May 25. All the equipments are in place, company enters into the testing and inspection of single machine stage.
